OKpusta Terms and Conditions for Online Gaming

1. General Terms

Welcome to OKpusta ("we," "us," "our"), an online gaming platform operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OKpusta website at https://okpusta.net, including all games, promotions, features, and services offered on the platform.

By creating an account or accessing any part of OKpusta, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. OKpusta reserves the right to request supporting documents (e.g., valid government-issued ID, utility bills) for identity and address verification at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending funds.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on OKpusta. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and withold balances pending investigation.

3. Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your OKpusta account. You must keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify OKpusta support immediately at support@okpusta.net.

OKpusta will never ask for your password through any channel — not via live chat, email, or social media. Any request for your password claiming to be from OKpusta should be reported to us right away.

You may update your contact details and preferences through your account settings at any time. However, requests to change your registered name or date of birth require identity verification and are subject to OKpusta's approval. Players who need to close their account permanently may do so by contacting our support team; any remaining eligible balance will be refunded within standard processing times.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

OKpusta supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, available to Philippine players:
